Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Complete assigned side work in ExpandShare application during each shift.
• Work as part of a team to provide a smooth kitchen operation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Help with banquet and special event preparation, when needed.
Qualifications
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
